Great Food. Chicken beast teriyaki with Rice and Gyoza. Yummy!

Got some burned chicken from them, and called them to see if they could replace it in the future and they hung up on me.

Terrible customer service, sign out front says closes at 9pm arrive half an hour before close and door is locked. People are inside and see me and instead of coming and explaining that they decided to close early they ignored me. Very unhappy!

Wait/Atmosphere/Service/Location: Fast service, good number of tables. Perfect place to get your teriyaki fix if you're in the area! The guy working the register is super nice too!

This place is worth a try. They serve large portions for convenient prices. Consistently clean and with awesome mood. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve probably eaten at this place for over 8 years, and watched it decline to the point where it’s no longer a good choice. Sure, I tolerated the food being stored in the hallway to the bathroom, overlooked the lower rating from the health department, and tried not to look through the curtain into the kitchen; I just didn’t want to know.But my last order there smelled off. Really off. You know that smell that a restaurant garbage dumpster has? This yakisoba order had a mild whiff of that garbage odor. Like it was only a day away from being fully rotten.I took it back, showed it to them, and politely asked for a refund. “Yeah, we don’t do refunds” is the answer I got. That’s a shame. I learned that they really don’t care at this point, about the food quality or the service. I’ve spent my last dollar at Himitsu, and I recommend avoiding this place until you see the “Under New Management “ sign.

This place gives great service and tasty food. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The drinks and food arrived fast and the prices were affordable. Recommended.

I've been eating at this teriyaki for the last 2 weeks ,am working just down the road from this location, but every time me or one of my guys went to pick up or order, everytime he gave us something we didn't order,so tired of it decided to call and the owner had absolutely no customer service ,or care ,so definitely not going back

Disgusting food. I took my wife's family there after a long flight. I took them there trusting the good Google reviews. I felt so ashamed with my wife's family; we all had the worst sushi we've ever had in our lives and the chicken teriyaki was horrible too. The waiter was friendly though, but I still feel like I wasted my money here.

Very good food and drinks and good price. The wait staff is cheerful, polite and attentive.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The only thing that takes this down a star is that silverware is frequently forgotten for to go orders which is not good when picking this up for a quick lunch at work.

It takes a moment to figure the place out, but it's much easier than most places. For such a small space, something amazing comes out of the kitchen. The employees must have strong values for food quality or something. Need to come here more often.

My favorite local teriyaki spot in Maple Valley...I always order a side of Kimchi to kick it up a notch. Teriyaki isn't drowned in sauce like some places. My kids love the shrimp & vegetable tempura. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered here before thru Uber eats and it was good. I reordered today same exact order and it was over cooked and super salty I called the restaurant to let them know and the person on the phone was very rude and told me to never call again I will not order from here again. I didn’t want a refund or new order just wanted to let them know it was bad and at the least an apology since I spent 40 dollars on a dried up salty meal that I just tossed out

I came here twice and i could say this place has the best fresh teriyaki in Maple Valley , super yummy. They usually cook right away. They assist you with any questions if is your first time

Worst place ever! There was hair in my pork fried rice. Not to mention they upped the price. Please save yourself and dont eat here. Its not worth it.
